The DUCK ON CALL headquarters is the operations center for Ducklas, Freddy Fire, Polly Police and Mikey Medic. If there is an emergency in Playmoville, the four heroes are immediately on the spot! As soon as the alarm sounds, Freddy quickly jumps into the freefall slide. Polly takes the retractable crank elevator and swings into her police helicopter, while Mikey coordinates the mission orders in the secret command center inside the small tower. After a successful mission, the quartet relaxes on the playground with swings and pond. Unnoticed by the others, Ducklas quickly hides his toys in the secret hiding place.
