Gift cards can be purchased directly from the PLAYMOBIL online shop with values ranging from $5.00 to $300.00. You can also choose an exact amount within this range for your gift card.

The gift card can be sent to any valid email address. If you prefer to print the gif card and give it as a physical gift, simply enter your own email address in the "Gift card recipient's email" field during purchase. The recipient will receive an email with a link to various print options for the gift card. The gift card will be activated within 24 hours of the email being sent and can be redeemed on the recipient's next order in the PLAYMOBIL online shop.

A contract is concluded when PLAYMOBIL explicitly confirms your order or ships the ordered goods within five working days of receiving your order. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded when you send your payment instruction to PayPal.

If the delivered goods are defective, you can request repair or replacement unless the chosen option involves disproportionate costs.
