The gift voucher can be sent to any valid email address. If you prefer to print the voucher and give it as a physical gift, simply enter your own email address in the "Voucher recipient's email" field during purchase. The recipient will receive an email with a link to various print options for the voucher. The voucher will be activated within 24 hours of the email being sent and can be redeemed on the recipient's next order in the PLAYMOBIL online shop.

A contract is concluded when PLAYMOBIL explicitly confirms your order or ships the ordered goods within five working days of receiving your order. If you choose PayPal as your payment method, the contract is concluded when you send your payment instruction to PayPal.

If the delivered goods are defective, you can request repair or replacement unless the chosen option involves disproportionate costs.

Goods that are sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned. Additionally, sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package cannot be returned if the seal is broken after delivery.

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation period starts from the day you or a designated third party takes possession of the goods.
